This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Refund Policy

1.1 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Note: This guarantee applies only to your first purchase. Renewals, upgrades, or repeat purchases are not eligible for this guarantee.

1.2 Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be provided in the following cases:

  • Incorrect billing or duplicate charges
  • Technical issues that prevented access to the platform for more than 48 consecutive hours, and our support team was unable to resolve them
  • The platform does not function as described in our official documentation
  • A cancellation request is submitted within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase

1.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after 14 days from purchase
  • Failure to use the platform or its features
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party providers such as SMS gateways, WhatsApp APIs, email providers, or telecom operators
  • Downgrading from a higher subscription plan to a lower plan
  • Unused message credits, API requests, campaigns, or automation runs

1.4 Pro-Rated Refunds for Annual Plans

If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 30 days, you may receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription, minus a 15% processing fee. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.2 Effect of Cancellation

Monthly Subscriptions: Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will occur afterward.

Annual Subscriptions: Access will remain active until the end of the annual term. Cancellation prevents automatic renewal.

Cancelled subscriptions will not automatically receive refunds unless the request falls within the 14-day money-back guarantee period.

2.3 Data Retention After Cancellation

After cancellation: Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to reactivate your account. After 30 days, all campaigns, automation workflows, contact lists, and configuration settings will be permanently deleted.

2 Approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days
3 Issued to the original payment method

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may appear within 3–5 additional business days.

4. Plan Modifications

4.1 Plan Upgrades: You may upgrade your plan at any time. The pro-rated price difference will be charged immediately.

4.2 Plan Downgrades: Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the difference.

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Service Outages: If a service outage lasts more than 48 consecutive hours due to issues within Notiphier infrastructure, we may provide account credits or pro-rated refunds at our discretion.

5.2 Force Majeure: Notiphier will not be liable for refunds due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, government actions, third-party API disruptions, etc.).

6. Consumer Rights (EU/UK Customers)

Customers located in the European Union or United Kingdom have the right to cancel their subscription within 14 days of purchase. By using the service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that the service begins before the cooling-off period ends.
