This Privacy Policy explains how Notiphier ("Notiphier", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, retains, and deletes information when you use:

This policy includes disclosures required by Google OAuth verification, WhatsApp Business API policies, and applicable Egyptian data protection regulations.
1. About Us
Notiphier is an automation and communication platform based in Egypt that helps businesses manage customer communications, send notifications, automate workflows, and integrate with tools such as WhatsApp Business API and Google Sheets.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations including:

- International standards such as GDPR principles where applicable

3. Data We Collect
3.1 Account Information
When you create a Notiphier account, we may collect: Name, Email address, Phone number, Company or business name (optional), Login credentials (stored encrypted), Account preferences and settings.
3.2 Billing Information
For paid services we may collect: Billing name, Billing email, Billing address and country, Subscription plan details, Payment transaction records.
Important: Notiphier does NOT store credit card or payment card details. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
3.3 Usage Data
We automatically collect certain technical data including: IP address, Device information, Browser type, Operating system, Pages visited, Platform features used, API usage metrics.
3.4 Technical Data
We may also collect: Log files, Error reports, System performance metrics, Cookies and session identifiers, Aggregated analytics data.
We do NOT intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as: Government ID numbers, Financial account numbers, Health data, Biometric data, Children's data. If users include such information in WhatsApp messages or spreadsheets, they do so at their own responsibility.
4. WhatsApp Business Data
4.1 WhatsApp Account Connection
When you connect a WhatsApp Business account to Notiphier, we may access: WhatsApp Business Account ID, Phone Number ID, Business profile information, API access tokens provided by Meta.
4.2 Contact and Conversation Data
Through WhatsApp Business API we may process: Contact phone numbers, Contact names, Profile pictures (if available), Message content (text or media), Message timestamps, Conversation metadata.
4.3 How We Use WhatsApp Data
Notiphier uses WhatsApp data to: Display conversations inside the dashboard, Execute automation workflows configured by the user, Synchronize data with Google Sheets (if enabled), Provide delivery analytics and message status, Store conversation history for business use, Enable chatbot automation features.
4.4 WhatsApp Compliance
Your use of WhatsApp through Notiphier is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Policies. You are responsible for: Obtaining user consent before sending messages, Following WhatsApp messaging policies, Ensuring lawful communication practices.
Notiphier is not responsible for violations of WhatsApp policies committed by users.
5. Google User Data & OAuth Integration
5.1 Google Permissions Requested
When connecting Google services, Notiphier may request: Access to Google Sheets, Access to files created by Notiphier, Email address for authentication, Basic Google account identification.
5.2 How We Use Google Data
Google user data is used only to: Authenticate your Google account, Display available spreadsheets, Read spreadsheet rows for automation triggers, Write WhatsApp data to your selected sheets, Maintain synchronization between WhatsApp and Google Sheets.
5.3 Google Data We Do NOT Access
Notiphier does NOT access: Gmail messages, Google Drive files unrelated to the app, Google Calendar, Google Photos, Google Contacts.
5.4 Google API Compliance
Notiphier's use of Google APIs strictly follows Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. How We Use Your Data
We process data to: Provide and operate the Notiphier platform, Execute automation and messaging workflows, Manage user accounts and subscriptions, Provide customer support, Improve platform performance and features, Detect fraud or security threats, Comply with legal obligations.
7. Data Sharing
We may share data with trusted service providers including: Cloud infrastructure providers, Email delivery services, Analytics providers, Customer support tools. We may also share data when required by law or legal authorities.
We do NOT sell or rent user data to advertisers or third parties.
8. Data Security
Notiphier implements industry-standard security measures including: HTTPS / TLS encryption, Encrypted data storage, Access control systems, Secure authentication mechanisms, System monitoring and security audits.
However, no online system can guarantee 100% security, and users acknowledge the inherent risks of internet-based services.
9. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services. Typical retention periods include: Account data – while the account remains active, Conversation data – until account deletion, System logs – up to 30 days, Billing records – as required by financial regulations. After the retention period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Depending on applicable laws, you may have the right to: Access your personal data, Request corrections, Request deletion, Export your data, Restrict processing, Withdraw consent. Requests can be submitted by contacting us.
11. International Data Transfers
Some data processing may occur outside Egypt when using global services such as: WhatsApp (Meta), Google Cloud services, International hosting providers. When this occurs, appropriate safeguards are implemented including encryption and contractual protections.
12. Children's Privacy
Notiphier services are intended for business users and individuals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
13. Data Sale Policy
Notiphier does NOT sell user data. User information is never sold, rented, or traded to third parties.
